Louis Roederer Brut Vintage, Reims, Champagne
When Louis Roederer first inherited his Champagne House in 1833, he quickly set off perfecting and mastering everything, from vines to bottling. The unique style he shaped for his wines is the style the house still creates today. Acquiring some of Champagne’s grand cru vineyards, leading up to the birth of their world-renowned Cristal wine, this is truly a Champagne House to be reckoned with.
Here’s their Brut vintage - rich and delicately bubbling with candied fruits, almond paste, white chocolate and caramel.
Pair it with sweet potato and caramelised onion quiche or enjoy it as an aperitif.
